At first glance I was not so sure, but upon further inspection I am loving Katy Perry’s look. In a clear sequin embroidered light pink and asian inspired Vivian Westwood gown, blue pumps, pink hair and crystal hair accessory. Love this and I applaud her for going in a different direction then that which we have recently seen. Smitten!
