Hope you had a happy Halloween weekend! This is my favorite time of year, and this year our company Chic Sketch and I have teamed up with Seventeen Magazine, and People Style Watch to bring you some of the BEST celebrity Halloween costumes from years past, along with some AMAZING costume ideas and predictions for this year’s ghoulish wear!
